Our new mobile app is now available in beta on Android phones, via the Google Play Store. We have changed things around slightly, aiming to improve experience, increase order transparancy and to make it easier to contact us. We plan to release on iOS in the Apple App Store within the next few weeks.

Over the next few months we will me making minor tweaks based on customer use, and we would very much appreciate any feedback. Thank you for any feedback received so far, here are some changes we've made based on this:
- Remove OTP (One Time Password) upon delivery of laundry
- Make the payment status seperate to the order status
Booking the old way:
You will still be able to book collections via our old app and via the website until later on in the year, and we'll give you notice before we remove this option. You will still always be able to book via the phone, text or LiveChat.
Later in the spring, we'll be adding a login page on our website, where you can access your account, change your details and place an order, using the same accout details as you do for the app.
